Lunch specials such as two slices and a drink, or a personal pie, are the cheapest way to eat at most shops across Michigan on weekdays. My family had the pleasure of meeting a lovely server named Hannah, who was super helpful and friendly! She even let my kids pick out their favorite color straw. The food was outstanding and we had no complaints. We’ll definitely be coming back for the Michigan games! Go Blue!!πŸ’™πŸ’›

Let me explain why I say forever time, because this experience genuinely impressed me. We placed an order totaling over $100, including the Philly sliders, two bow tie chocolate cakes, and a smash burger with onion rings. Unfortunately, my bow tie chocolate cakes were accidentally forgotten with the original order. But here’s where this business truly stood out: after I called to let them know, they went above and beyond to correct the mistake. They promptly prepared my bow tie chocolate cakes and personally delivered them to me without any hassle or attitude. Mistakes can happen anywhere. It’s how a business handles them that truly matters. The customer service, accountability, and effort they put into making things right spoke volumes to me. And as for the food? 🀀πŸ”₯ Everything we ordered was delicious, satisfying, and clearly made with care. You’ve officially gained a customer for life! Great food + exceptional customer service = a business worth supporting. πŸ‘πŸ½β€οΈ We will absolutely be ordering again!

After a long day of travel I wanted some pizza. After asking our hotel were to go they recommended this place. It was a bit of an adventure to find parking with a lot of construction in the area. We ended up about 3 blocks away. We got a variety of things including pizza, fish, and pasta. The pizza was stuffed Chicago style and it was delicious. My wife had the fish and said it was fine. Our son had mac n cheese with fries and ate every bite, rare for him. All in all I would say it was just what we were looking for.

Here’s a polished version that keeps your warmth and humor while making the request clear: Dear Pizza House, I love your restaurant. I love the atmosphere, the food, and in all the years I’ve visited, I’ve never had a bad experience or bad service. The truth is, I would eat your food much more often if I could. Between raising my children and running them to what feels like a never-ending list of activities around the Ypsilanti and Ann Arbor area, plus caring for my 89-year-old mother who is living with dementia, getting to your restaurant isn’t always possible. I was hoping you might consider partnering with a delivery service that covers a wider area. In the age of DoorDash, Uber Eats, and similar services, having access to Pizza House delivery farther from Ann Arbor would be a wonderful option for customers like me. Thank you for continuing to provide such a great dining experience. I remain a hopeful customer who would love to enjoy Pizza House a little more often. Sincerely, A Hopeful Customer

Atmosphere and lighting is nice but thats the best part of the experience. The chicken was a bit burnt on the chicken & broccoli fettuccine (we subbed cavatappi). The alfredo sauce was very watery and the pasta overcooked. The menu is given on an ipad with old pictures that aren’t very appealing (for example the chicken & waffles make the chicken look like a rock). The menu doesn’t even match their prices on their toast tab menu (their online menu is somehow cheaper on some items like the bruschetta???). They nickle and dime every change or add on, why are we making a base burrito just rice and beans and charging for meat or tomato or even lettuce. The chicken & fettucine is part of their dinner menu that comes with β€œa choice of any one side” and there are 10 sides shown. We wanted steak fries only to be told everything but soup or salad is extra even though it isn’t listed as so. Also a 4.95% administrative fee seems like a sly way of raising prices. Your menu is already pretty expensive but your hiding an additional 5% under the context of β€œrising costs”. Just raise your prices and be transparent. I’m someone who loves supporting local or older restaurants but there has to
